National Fitness Day 2025
National Fitness Day is the UK’s biggest celebration of health and fitness and last year they inspired more than 10 million people across the UK to be active on the day. Hopefully something we inspire our members to do every day!
This year’s tagline is “Powered by you!” placing you at the heart of the movement.
National Fitness Day isn’t just about one day of activity, but about taking small, lasting steps towards a healthier, stronger future. Something we couldn’t agree more with! And this mirrors a lot of the sentiment from our own Wellness Week, which is also encouraging members to take action, get moving and future proof your health and fitness with sessions available to help us do just that.
To celebrate National Fitness Day and to help promote exercise for a healthier lifestyle, we are sharing a 30 minute Movement and Mobility Class.
PT Mark specialises in helping his clients overcome limitations with their mobility by addressing their movement patterns and this class is all about that. Mark will take you through a series of movements and exercises that will help relieve tight hips, strengthen your back/core and help you function better overall. A functional, easy to follow class designed to increase your flexibility strength and stability.
This is a great class for all abilities and available for all, please do share with friends and family.
Before you start:
– Try and clear the room of any clutter if you can to make it easier to focus on your practice
– Have a drink handy
– You don’t need any equipment.
