National Fitness Day 2023
To celebrate National Fitness Day and to help promote exercise for a healthier lifestyle, we are sharing a 30 minute LBT class with our fantastic Fitness Manager Katy.
LBT is a low impact sculpting and fat burning class focusing on all those problem areas. Incorporating classic body weight moves such as squats and lunges, Katy will lead you through an effective lower body and core workout, giving options on the way to suit all levels of fitness/ability.
This is a great class for all abilities, and has a fantastic Motown soundtrack.
Before you start:
– Try and clear the room of any clutter if you can to make it easier to focus on your practice
– Have a drink handy
– You don’t need any equipment.
